What is the source for this guy's comment?

Usually when Jason says something, it's correct.

Oh, and I also got this email :)(everyone is prob like yeah we know lol)

⚠️⚠️Time to light the candles and roll out the birthday cake!
Warning turns 25 TODAY ⚠️⚠️

You know we had to drop a deluxe edition and some new merch to celebrate !! It comes out November 14th and includes 49 tracks featuring never-heard-before demos, rarities + a full unreleased live show from Tokyo in 2001 (that's 21 songs!).

Vinyl lovers, check out the limited 5 LP box set pressed on Green Galaxy, Yellow Marble and Orange Galaxy vinyl. You'll also get a 24-page booklet, poster, cloth patch, button set + sticker sheet. Oh, and if you order from our store, it comes with a bonus “Warning” sign.

The 4 CD box set has a 32-page book, cloth patch, button set + sticker too.

Get 'em while they're hot along with some new Warning merch

We’re keeping the party going and kicking things off with a sentimental journey: the Castaway demo is out everywhere today and more to come!

Short/reel they posted on the left, original video on the right. Safe to say this is an AI upscale

Yep. They even changed the title of the video to designate it as an upscale.

Credit where it's due at least, this is a much better upscale than the one for Nice Guys Finish Last.

Still, it's a bit puzzling why they didn't rescan the film negatives.

2 possibilities: either they lost the reels, or they simply didn't shoot on film. It would make sense for the era. It's quicker and cheaper to just shoot to video, and the boys weren't at the height of their fame at the time

If you check the International Superhits! DVD rips, there are definitely clear traces of film grain.

I don't understand why they put Outsider, Suffocate, Scumbag (and Poprocks for that matter) on here as they are the exact same versions as the ones on Shenanigans
Also no demo of Warning, Waiting and Minority - that's criminal 😂

Thought the same! Is that really all the presentable material from that era, so they had to fill the space with b-sides? I'm not convinced. For the prices they're asking it's not a bargain.

Suffocate shouldn't be here... Should be with desensitized in disc 1 of nimrod 25

Cool album summary compliment from Amazon for Warning 25th order page.

Green Day’s sixth studio album ‘Warning’ was released on October 3, 2000, and has gone on to sell over 1 million copies in the US and over 3 million worldwide. The album includes three hit singles: ‘Warning’, ‘Waiting’ and ‘Minority’, a track that continues to be a live favourite. The album has been one of the most celebrated in the band’s catalogue, with the critics applauding the band’s adventurous musical direction and Billie Joe Armstrong’s strong song writing. The Limited edition 25th Anniversary super deluxe box sets (vinyl and CD) will be released on November 14th, 2025 and include 47 songs on either 5 LPs or 4 CDs It includes a remaster of the original album plus a ton of bonus content featuring 8 unreleased demos, 2 unreleased mixes on the b-sides and rarities disc, plus an unreleased 21-track live concert from Tokyo in 2001.

Nice one Amazon.
