Popular Post Tomcat20 Posted July 23 Popular Post Posted July 23 As you guys know they filmed Wembley last year with a lot of effort. Would be a waste of money not to release that footage. 9 Quote
Popular Post Long Lost King of Fools Posted July 24 Popular Post Posted July 24 I have no willpower, whatever they release I will buy. I will mortgage my home to pay for it, which is really dodgy considering I rent 😐 3 2 1 Quote

It was unthinkable before they announced it. And now I want a video of it to remember it forever. I'd also love Saviors in full live. This is so true. It really was special!💖 On 7/23/2025 at 8:59 PM, Tomcat20 said: As you guys know they filmed Wembley last year with a lot of effort. Would be a waste of money not to release that footage. It really, really would be a waste! Fingers crossed they realise it too!🤞🤞🤣 2 Quote

According to Greenday.fm following the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival July 20, the band will take a month off before a final round of Saviors touring from August 24 to Sept 30. A well-earned rest and time with families. Or maybe time for the band to finalize live Wembley DVD release, plus Warning anniversary box set? Now that would be amazing. 3 Quote

That Dude Posted July 26 Posted July 26 I don't know, but tonight would be a perfect night for them to perform "Crazy Train" in full. 2 Quote
Popular Post Insomniac90 Posted July 27 Popular Post Posted July 27 As long as they release a FULL show. I mean I loved BIAB and AAF, but I didn‘t like they cut most of the shows. Would be great if we get a full show like wembley as a Blu Ray and 2 CDs with the full show for streaming/Audio and the 2nd with deep cuts they played during the last leg 3 3 Quote
Dysfunco Posted July 27 Posted July 27 (edited) It would be cool with a live concert, obviously, but I'm afraid such a release would be overly edited in post-production (tuned vocals etc). The Bobby Sox live video they released officially on their YouTube channel sounded terrible. It would ruin the whole experience if Wembly underwent the same procedure. Having privilege of being at Milton Keynes, every time I watch BIAB, the memories come flooding back. But so frustrating and disappointing the the show is cut missing songs on both dvd and cd. I've never understood why. Releasing such shows and the ones suggested on here in full is so important. Both to get the full experience of the performance as the band intended, but also, for so so many fans that cannot attend a live show for one reason or another. I know many lovely people who are disabled or house bound, who love Green Day to bits, but will never be able to attend or experience a live show in person. I dvd live show complete and uncut would be really special for those who can't get there. 2 1 Quote
Flashback Posted Saturday at 01:26 PM Posted Saturday at 01:26 PM If they do, hopefully it would be mixed by Chris Lord-Alge. Bullet in a Bible sounded so much better than all other live albums I know. 2 Quote
Popular Post Suicide Commando Posted Monday at 07:11 AM Popular Post Posted Monday at 07:11 AM (edited) I think this video clearly shows that they recorded the Wembley concert. (the description confirms that) It's the perfect time for a new live album. They're still at their peak, having played their biggest solo show yet, playing Idiot and Dookie in their entirety, plus the release of Saviors. It's the kind of material that needs to be released to demonstrate the scale of this band. I was there, and the atmosphere was completely special, even in the days before the show, with so many people walking the streets wearing Green Day shirts. It felt like 2005 all over again. That Dude Posted Monday at 12:07 PM Posted Monday at 12:07 PM I've never complain about new Green Day. *however* live albums are my least favorite kind of album. How many live versions of Basketcase and Brainstew can possibly exist in the world? lol. I understand that Shenanigans only exists because Green Day were self destructing after warning, and we probably won't ever get another b-sides collection. but live albums and demolicious are just un-fancy sauce in my opinion. That being said, take my money and crawl, Billie Joe! 1 1 Quote
Popular Post Hermione Posted Monday at 04:46 PM Popular Post Posted Monday at 04:46 PM Yes please! I know they record performances without ever releasing them a lot but I want Wembley . Surely they have to put out a live album/film for such a monumental tour and when it's 14 years since the last one 5 Quote
