Hey everyone! I'm travelling from the UK to see GD in Argentina (and Peru and Colombia). I couldn't get time off work to go to the European tour, so thought I'd do this instead! 

Solo travelling, so would love to connect with some other GD fans while I'm there. 

Any tips on where to stay in Buenos Aires?

I love this for Argentina but if they don’t do at least one deep cut like this for Riot Fest I’ll be so distraught.

Crazy the level of energy from that crowd, they totally earned that setlist!! And indeed looks like the guys had so much fun!

They won’t, they’ll come back to the states and they’ll do a greatest hits set. They’re like a different band when they play South America it’s like this every time.

They did Youngblood in minnesota back in July, so I would assume that we'll get at least one deep cut. Maybe Saviors will come back as well.

To be fair with the South American fans, the frequency with which they tour South America is much lower than the frequency of US / Europe tours, and the intensity of the South American tours is also lower (more rest between shows. In US and Europe is not uncommon that they play two nights in a row, and have only one night off between the other shows), so it's nice that when they finally do go there, they make the wait worth it. Also the crowds in South America I think are spicier than the crowds in US and Europe, you can kind of feel it from the videos, but it's also been my experience: to this day, the crowd for their show in Venezuela is by far the craziest crowd of any Green Day concert I've been to. I guess they also feed off that. 

The lesson for us fans: save money to go to their South American tours if it is within our means

Seeing the videos of yesterday’s show I think the crowd absolutely deserved this level of energy by the band and all those deep cuts!

Yeah, 1 is all I expect at Riot and I’m fine with that lol. I adore this band but they don’t change up often so even 1 deeper cut/change in the set list brings me joy lol.

if theres a US show that will have a major bustout or 4 deepcuts like this show, its most likely gonna be the final show that they're playing this year

I attended this gig(and chile gig too) and I was about to faint when they played Oh Love 🤪🤗😭 like, dude, not sure when was the last time they played oh love with the full band, but we have to going back to the trilogy era maybe. It was one of those moments when it's worthy being alive and enjoy the most. It sounded HUGE and beautiful, bolder than the studio version with amazing bj vocals. Just beautiful! 

Same with haushinka in chile, God never expected to hear a deep deep deeeeeep cut off from nimrod. Just amazing shows. After all these years, the band finally puts a huge production to the their shows that really reflects they legendary status they have become.

Fun fact: I might be one of the few fans out there who got to hear The grouch not once but twice(Milwaukee 23 & Chile 25) so yeah let's that sink 😉 haha.

Loved the deep cuts. I never thought that I would be able to listen to Coma City. 

I almost died in the show but it payed off. Trilogy deserves more love.

I've search in Google and I'm surprised to see that Oh Love was played 3 times at 2023 club shows
