I don’t know the original lyric book, but yes the new one has the lyrics for the bonus songs.

I really like the FIDLAR mix of fuck off better than the first.  I think Billie Joe’s voice comes across as more raw-sounding.  Reminded me of something from old pinhead gunpowder.  Which reminds me, I haven’t listened to the new pinhead album yet.  Am I a fake fan?  I shall hide in my shame corner.

That was a massive show! Without several eyewitnesses AND complete recordings I wouldn't have believed people, just looking at the setlist.
