I have some of the songs from the blu ray that are ripped as audios, would they be allowed here?

He might be referring to a message board on greenday.com or something he might have read at some point when some news came out. There are some people on here close to the band who post sometimes, but rather rarely. GDC might be too big nowadays with the speculations threads exploding. I guess it was easier to look through in 2003/2004.
And I think, as some others, that demos of songs are leaked sometimes to get fan reactions on the progress. Maybe he was curious in 2003/2004 and looked at that message board.

Also, I kinda doubt that anyone who's bothered to make an account on GDC would be like "Green Day sucks"... that would just be epically sad on their part.

What if he saw the opposite?  Man, Billie is a real eye sore but the music is the best artistic expression I've ever heard.  Tre Cool's a tool!  Haha

Do you not remember the discourse Green Day gets every time they release a new album?

Yeah, but not usually on GDC, right? People surely wouldn't bother to come to a FAN BOARD, just to complain?
