StillBreathing Posted November 18, 2024 Posted November 18, 2024 So I know this might be a long shot (aye) but I’m currently studying a bachelor of music at JMC in Brisbane and obviously have had a love for music my entire life but the one thing I’m really missing is playing in a band. I haven’t played in bands for a few years (I’m 29) and only just started now to get back into it. anyway I’m posting on here to see if there is anyone (Brisbane/sunny coast area) that wants to start a Green Day cover band with me ? Realistically I’m happy playing all kinds of music but let’s face it, GD is my fav band and this is probably the best place to find people who feel the same way haha like I said I’m 29 and I play guitar and sing so I’m ideally looking for a bass player and a drummer. I would love to get a band together in order to play a few gigs (especially around March next year when GD are in the country) I think it would be really cool to do our own Dookie/AI shows. if anyone is interested - please don’t hesitate to send me a dm!
