I watched it about 30mins after the release, and it said Canada 🤷‍♀️ I think it was always Canada.

It was always Canada in the captions. In the BTS video you can hear Bill say the car was "stripped down in Mexico". For some reason when they did the captions they changed it to "halfway to Canada".  Maybe they didn't want to perpetuate any negative stereotypes about Mexico (ie, car thieves from Mexico)
