I mean, I am pretty sure this guy was just trying to heckle the comedian, but the sad part is that there are unhinged people on social media who believe this crazy stuff. I seem to remember someone on Reddit about a year ago who was saying they had some kind of "claim" to Green Day's music, like the band had stolen songs from them. Also saw some batshit more recently on reddit where someone was making all kinds of messed up accusations against Fall Out Boy, including that Pete Wentz didn't write a bunch of his own songs and had stolen them from someone. It's scary what people will believe.

Also, I am sure we all got the email yesterday, but here is the whole glorious ten hours of the Green Day Yule Log. I hate the holidays, but I would totally stare at this for 10 hours. 🤣

Black Hair Girl would get my vote.  Coma City is my least favorite from Saviors.

i highly doubt we actually get any new new music this year (although at least 1 of the potential deluxes this year will have some old tunes that we get to hear for the first time)

It’s a really cluttered page but I think you misread it.  Saviors is listed under best releases of 2024. I looked at the list for new releases for 2025 and couldn’t find Green Day. Am I missing something?

Months ago my expectation was a new album in early 2027. However as they keep touring this year as well, my prediction is early 2028. On the other hand, as per my comnections to the band I can confirm %100 that there won't be a b-sides/rarities album called Hillside Dance.

Because it's actually called Coffee and Repent and will now tie into Punk Bunny in a huge way. 😉 Or it is coming out but it's not b-sides and rarities. 

 Yeah, maybe now isn't the right time for anything to come out.   Let the prealbumial soup settle a bit before coming to life.   Not really time for a compilation either, as they do hold onto the leftovers to make something great down the road.

honestly considering how they seem comfortable including the B-sides within the anniversary editions now i doubt we'll get 2nanigans unless it comprises of songs that never got onto an album (like Damm Juvenile Delinquents/Gabriella to name 2) or we get another greatest hits com that has 2 new songs (unless they yet again get lazy and pull another Ordinary World duet version and we only get 1 really great one)

Some of the lyrics in Gabriella have already been used in Amanda.

Not had time to read this about Billie at The Cavern yet (perhaps doesn't say much?)
