I read comments pointing out that Billie was motioning for Tre to repeat the last part of the song, he seems to love playing it too. Fancy Sauce wasn't on written setlist and Good Riddance is just too damn popular song to be left out. That song has a similar vibe to Fancy Sauce and worked really well, it would be perfect to do it that way. Wouldn't really have to be a combo with Whatsername either as they'd probably leave the stage after Whatsername and play anything after that as an encore.
