Even when we were splayed on the amps and stage, me and everyone around me was smiling and laughing. I'd normally roll my eyes at someone inviting themselves onstage but Maddie was amazing when she got up there! And I will gladly wait in the rain all day just to see Love is for Losers any time. I won't spam it like I did last time, but I will say LOVE IS FOR LOSERS! Again! In my country Billie "forgot" those lyrics again, by the way. Summer of '69 was another highlight. What an anthem. Billie's reaction to an "I can sing Bowie" sign was "yeah I can sing Bowie too" which was hilarious but then he gave the fan a chance to sing anyway. If I had to choose, I think the Garage show was my favourite of the two, but of course I almost loved them both equally. For anyone who cares (not me, I must admit), the songs Courtney Love sang were professionally recorded. The reaction to her here was definitely cooler than the one at the Garage, haha. We were speculating the guest might be Tiffany but no. Also! The staff of the 100 Club deserve praise for being so kind, patient and acknowledging the time fans spent queuing. They took responsibility for the queue when private security tried to move us on, and I think if any drama had gone down they would've handled it. Very rare to get that from venue staff. Whoever gave me the Coverups pin badge because I was at the front of the queue, thanks! On another note, I got my Big Camera in, so photos are coming along with a GDA recap of both shows I'm on the National Express home right now though and I might fall asleep before I can edit and post any. The lighting was also terrible for photography and I was trying not to be too obvious (felt a bit rude), so I don't know how many of my photos are any good but yeah I'll share them anyway. 6 6 Quote
