NYC subway performance with Jimmy Fallon

Just saw a commercial during the nfl playoffs that Green Day is on Fallon this week but I went through the guest list they are not listed 

 

does anyone know ?

It was during halftime they definitely said Green Day

Maybe it was for jimmy kimmel? He doesn’t have anyone scheduled for Friday… though it would be crazy to be in LA after the Irving plaza show the night before

My mom saw the ad and said it was for Kimmel. She's a very reliable source

Colbert doesn't have anyone scheduled for Friday yet either.

Last night I saw a commercial for Jimmy Fallon that there will be a "special appearance by Green Day next week" 

So maybe they haven't specified which day yet

Unrelated but related....

There was a commercial this morning saying that Green Day will be on the CBS Morning Show this week. Didn't say what day though.... I'm assuming later in the week closer to when they're in NYC.

We've gotten a million different answers about this  I assume we'll get a clear answer within the next couple of days. I'm just going to keep looking at late-night talk shows' social media pages, we'll get an update eventually

I'm just glad to hear they'll be back on late night shows. Last time around felt weird, with them only being on Kimmel and Corden.

God, I would LOVE if they went on Colbert again! I've been waiting for that to happen again! Last time we got that was for Rev Rad.

They all suck...maybe except Colbert. He's still cool. But if I had to pick and it's not Colbert, anyone but Cordon. Can't stand that guy.
