I was actually surprised how good the PA was at my store. I saw other folks complaining about lots of people talking during the album but the one I went to everyone stayed quiet for the most part and just enjoyed the album. It was nice.

We had a big blizzard on Saturday but I still trekked out to the listening party and I’m glad I did because I won one of the draws!  I got a shirt, a vinyl sleeve and another poster. 
 

I hope they do more of these! Although, I don’t feel like I got a very thorough listen of the album, as it was pretty distracting in there with all the people and records to look at. I’m looking forward to release day so I can get a real good listen!

One of the 2 shops scheduled for Portland (OR) had their party last night, 'cause snow and ice shut the city down for the last few days. I ventured out and there were only a handful of us (the weather still sux). I won a t-shirt! Hung out under the best sounding speaker in the room and had a nice CBD cola and just absorbed the badassery. Such a good fucking record. Debating what to do with the shirt, it's a size too small for me.

Yeah if anyone has a spare lyric book I'm in the same boat. Couldn't get to a listening party because of my health.

Could trade a playbill from the musical whilst Billie was playing St Jimmy and an NME from RevRad era (Billie is holding the US flag on the cover)

So I managed to get to Rocking Horse records in Brisbane the other day and was able to get the CD, with the T-shirt, pin and poster from the listening party all thrown in for free.  Pretty happy.  
 

I wasn’t able to get to the listening party so I am pretty happy.
