Does anyone have any parking recommendations for this show? Coming from Toronto, a 20-25 minute walk is fine for cheaper parking

Looking to get an extra pit ticket for this but I’m worried about the ticket transfer process. Is there anyway I can buy a ticket tomorrow (I get paid) and get the ticket in time for the concert or am I wasting my money buying it the day of?
