As far as I know it was only the RevRad Tour in the US that had early entry VIP and some of those shows only had like 17 VIPs so still good chance to get barricade. Some of the VIPs actually don't even want the barricade and some bought seats

Do you think Green Day will be playing Glastonbury 2024? They are touring in Great Britain and Ireland exactly when Glastonbury takes places and they still have a few free dates 🤔

They were touring in the UK last year during Glasto I think but didn't play. I remember Billie saying at the London show too something along the lines of "You'll be seeing a lot more of us over the next few days" as though a surprise was on the cards, but nothing.

isle of wight is a uk exclusive festival slot

Going to the Manchester show and staying in Piccadilly.  Would welcome any travel advice back and fore to show.

Do you think there is a chance for a european arena tour in winter / spring  2025. After the Dubai / South-Africa dates.

Perhaps also with the Offspring ?

I‘m sure they‘ll play both albums in full even at Festival Shows. 90 minutes of 140 for Dookie/AI are enough time for a few Saviors and classics.

Btw Rock am Ring/RTL+ officially confirmed they‘re gonna stream Green Day at Rock am Ring, hopefully some here can save it for the download section 🙏

I told you! I knew they would still play both albums in festivals as long as they are given their full 2h+ time.

 

Can’t wait for tomorrow, let’s hope they will add one or two more Saviors songs.

I’m torn. On the one hand, I‘m stoked to see that they played both albums in full at a festival. But only two Saviors songs is really disappointing. Yes, it was a festival, but it was still officially part of the Saviors tour. Maybe they’ll mix things up a little, although I doubt it. I don’t want to complain too much, this is still an insane setlist, it just feels wrong to me to (mostly) ignore your latest album.
