Not all songs need to be epic. I think finally having a modern song that actually sounds reminiscent of 90s Green Day is pretty dope. 

And I wouldn't say it's "standard GD" either, as we haven't heard that kind of sound in over 20 years.

If they mean "standard GD" as in same chords and progression maybe? But you're right there's a difference to this track, it feels like a more modern 90s style

Idk, I think Loss of Control fits with Uno. We can argue about its quality, ik it's not most people's favourite from Uno. But it's going for a similar vibe to Let Yourself Go, I think. Or maybe even Rusty James.

No, but quite honestly, 8AM pacific day time seems about right. In other words in around 2.5h or at 3PM UTC (or 4PM CET for all you fellow continental Europeans) because they haven’t switched from summer time in Cali yet.
