So I haven't purchased from their website store in ages.  Probably not since AI came out.  Has anyone else placed an order recently and still waiting for it to ship?  I placed mine on 11/4 and it's still processing.  It's maddening because you can't even get a refund once it's processing.  No way to contact them beyond submitting an email.  This will likely kill any future chances of ever order from their online store ever again.

Are you sure it isn’t a pre-order? What’s the item? If it’s any of the new Nimrod merch those are all pre-orders

Yeah, it's just a hoodie and a long sleeve t-shirt.  The Stink Breath hoodie and the gas mask long sleeve.

Oh okay, yeah the store is slow and a pain but you will eventually get it
