Has anyone heard of a Bay Area punk band called "Warning"? (poss secret show?)

The Phoneix Theater in Petaluma (which is like, the closest thing the North Bay has to Gilman) is re-opening for the first time in 16 months on Friday. There is a band on the bill called "Warning?" Just...um, wondering if anyone has heard of them. I can't find any info online.
