When you're making something just to be different and piss people off it sort if is on purpose in some sense. Maybe not towards Warner, but still the fact that they produced about half the record well and the singles not so well leads one to believe it was meant to be on purpose

The mixing on the last two singles have been by Chris Dugan, who is a phenomenal engineer, but probably more of a lo-if mixer

There has been so much Billie could write about this past year, Covid, BLM, the election, and all the political unrest! Pollyanna already addresses the optimism for the near future!!!
