He didn't mention GD specifically.  Just when asked about the moment when he decided to quit drinking was, he said it was in Australia, when "the singer" signaled to him to play We Are the Champions, which they hadn't played in years, he wasn't sure if he'd be able to do it.  He decided to stop drinking because of that.  No name mentions of Green Day though.

He didn't say, but he has an ig post from Feb 2018 that mentions being sober 4 years that day, which lines up with when GD was playing in Australia in 2014.  They played WATC at the Brisbane show.

At this time Billie already left rehab being sober. How is this possible?

Yes, Billie was sober, but Jason was not.

Edit: Also the post being referred too is Jason's post about sobriety, not Billie's.

This is about Jason's story, not Billie's.  Jason said when Billie asked him to play WATC, he (Jason) didn't know if he'd be able to because of his drinking problem.  He was, as shown in the video, but the fact that he was unsure if he'd be able to is what made him get help.
