I simply googled MTV World Stage and went down the page to “contact us”, hardly rocket science which is why I was surprised I got any response. Try doing the same in the US, you will probably get a quicker answer. I'm still not a massive fan of the studio version (don't hate it, just don't love it) but live it was one of the highlights for sure.
