He means this one.

His ego (which is quietly heavy) made him say it. That was the moment I knew my long running educated theory was true for nearly a decade. It was the catharsis of uno dos tre, they were hoping they might be able to terminate their contracts with the remaining albums but WB wasn’t going to let them out of their time constraints of the contractual album terms.

And Warner treated the Trilogy like one project instead of 3 separate albums

Yeah, that's what they were getting at.

He also didn't say they would probably put out another album next year. He said maybe.

Yeah, that means maybe not. so... maybe he was just talking hypothetically =/

Regardless of maybes and probablys and cha cha chaaas it's still kinda weird to already be talking about possible next steps when you're in an interview for the single you released today and the tour you announced today when you've only really been hinting at anything for at most like a week before that

I told you guys that this would happen this way and I even if you’ll look up the post (pre RevRad) said 1.the new album sans WB would come after the record that became FOAM and even said they would only give WB what Billie decides would be considered a B side. They have contractual obligations to play certain releases from the new album but without it, I wouldn’t have been surprise if they played nothing from FOAM on the Hella tour.

Also 2.I predict a full new album release by GD BEFORE the California stadium shows and possibly before the American run altogether.  I would put money on it.

@LaughingClock. Just tryna play devils advocate a little. You seem very confident about all this and I wanna try to get inside your head.

1. Why though? I don't see where this rather baseless assumption that bja and crew are just going to give Warner b-sides and release all their better material independent comes from. What would they even gain from that? It's reaching to assume that Green Day would release an album full of B-material just to have an album full "of the best stuff" saved for later.  I bet they just wanted to make a fun, fast, explosive record so fans have something to compliment the tour (a new tour plus no new music would piss a lot of people off I'm sure.) Yeah I agree this isnt their most inspired work but I don't buy into the "it's the worst of the REAL album" theory. And after all the coverup shows, and the longshot album/shows is it really that suprising this is the direction Billie wanted to go?

2. Your that confident they are going to announce an entire new album in less than a year? Assuming they have that album done already too (doubt they'd be finishing it up on tour myself) where do you think it was made? Who do you think produced it? Etc etc... The MOOTIK leaks are likely fake due to the studio in the clips being all the way in Canada for one.  Do you think they had Walker produce it for them in RR studios along with FOAM? I personally hope not.

Imho if u release your material indipendent you got so much less restrictions in terms of lyric, decisions. U have to use your money of course or find some other way but you have the full control of what you're doing.

I'm kinda on the same page with FOAM being like b-sides but I think people have misinterpreted it. Billie and the guys surely love/at least like the songs and the record. It's just not really a quality work. It's not something that pushes you to your limit as a band. It's something funny they were happy to make but not a memorable work for me and surely they are aware. Very often an album it's a huge challenge for band/ artists and writing is a very heavy process. Here I feel for the most fun.

I just don't feel this is the real direction cause it's very longshot-ish mixed with FHT with exasperated production. Green Day got a unique sound and it's not only in Billie's voice and soundwriting.

I think we already discussed this two or three times already. Sound and video are not related to each other. What we see is not what we hear.

True true, but even then why would they splice up studio banter from when they were working with panicland and add it to the clip to make it seem more legit? That would be a totally unnecessary thing to do if thats actually them, don't see them going that far with it.

I don’t think it was edited in. It sounds like someone in the studio was watching it on their phone or tablet or something

Wasn't it confirmed all the way in the other thread that the audio was from another video with green day (or it  was the longshot) and panicland in studio?

Yeah, that was proved in several occasions, the audio is taken from a random encounter between Billie Joe and Panicland in a mall, which was posted on Instagram by Panicland (or one of its members) and then removed.  It matches 100%, and it’s not someone playing the audio from a phone or something, it has been edited to make it look like the guy “acting like Billie” says that sentence in the first fake video. Chunks of the same audio are also used in the second and third fake studio videos. Clearly done on purpose to mislead us to believe Billie was one of the persons in the studio.

Anyway, this stuck is loop in a thread.

So if everything is fake and edited (audio, video, montage) what are the clues we have left to keep this thread alive?
Yes I really want this thread dead.

I'm just wondering what are the clues left about MOOTIK. That's all.

Why is everything fake? We don't know that. The conversation we hear was edited in it and the pictures we see are fake too. Okay. But we still have no idea where the music itself is coming from. Until we know, the legend will live.

This is Schrodinger's cat bro. We have to assume the cat is both dead and alive but technically because the cat cannot be proven to exist it is at this point dead.

Only the audio of one video was confirmed being taken from this GD/Panicland conversation. Nobody found the source of the conversations in the other videos so far. Especially in the last one we hear Billie and Butch talking

No it’s the same audio source, the same audio that have been cut and reused for each of the clips. There’s no Billie and Butch talking.
