Here’s a wacky theory, what if it’s a joint trolling effort by both Green Day and Panicland? What if Magnum Opus was actually Green Day’s album and FOAM was Panicland’s and they just recorded cover versions of each others’ songs?!?!? 1 2 2 Quote

Because I just don’t see why they would go back into the studio to record more songs only to cut the album down to 10 songs/26 minutes 2 Quote

Remember, over 10 years ago they returned to the studio after 21CB was already complete, because Billie had all of a sudden written a new song-- Murder City. 2 Quote

They said they had a hard time deciding which songs to eliminate and they might have changed their minds. The only thing I’m curious about is why they decided to make a 26 minute album. 4 Quote

And if the seven songs they cut were part of the same session, do they even own the rights to release those or do they belong to Warner too? If they do, they might as well have released a longer album. If they don’t, I hope they put them out themselves soon anyway. 2 Quote
