I just discovered this video on Youtube. He came out today.
I think overall it's good. 

Do you know which country it can come from?

Looks like austria or south germany (bavaria).

But honestly, it sounds horrible 

The worst things are cover bands that have an accent and mess up the original.

 

Now I have to listen to american idiot for another 747424440226 times, to get that stuff out of my ears. 

If that's in germany, I'm pretty ashamed for my country.

That's a little harsh.

But I agree, the recording does not sound good at all, very generic (especially the drums).

 

P.S.: I looked it up - they are from Austria (Upper Austria)

Yes, maybe it was too harsh, but I don't like the german slang in english language.

There was a rockband in my town and they used to sing all my favorte songs with horrible accents. Nothing else matters, sweet child of mine.

Understandably. I find it hard to enjoy cover songs with thick accents. And it's hard to find Green Day covers that are actually good where everything fits together well, here's a list of my favorite ones:

The thing is. One time I'm hearing a cover song, it overloads everything I've heard before and if I hate it, it's hard for me to listen to the original again.
