aydge89
So in Australia they do a Hottest 100 countdown every year as voted by listeners on the Triple J radio station. On their companion station Double J they play the Hottest 100 from 20 years ago, being 1998 this year. Some people weren't happy that Pretty Fly for a White Guy made it to number one, so they're doing a revote for all the songs that made it into the Hottest 100 and they're going to reveal the top 10 based on votes next week. Green day had 2 entries - The Grouch and Time of your Life, so you can vote for either. Surprisingly The Grouch made it higher than Time of your life. https://www.abc.net.au/doublej/events/featured/h100-1998/10716058
Hermione
That's a hilarious reason for doing a revote

Montclare
My main memory of PFFAWG is when I heard a girl in high school use that phrase to describe some guy. I knew the song was over at that point.

So much better than what's been in recent countdowns.

I don't think the songs had to be singles to be on the list. It is kind of a strange one to include...maybe their infamous performance of it over there was the reason
