Am I the only one that think that this two songs are inseparable? I made a version of them and played them together as they are supposed to be :D I hope you like it!

They are inseparable. That's why they're like that on the album.

They are not inseparable. Haushinka was written years before Jinx :) Jinx is great, and it's brilliant how they transitioned the songs. The Nimrod version of Haushinka is way better than the original version. But I have no problem separating them :happyhands:

Hey, anyone that puts this much effort into a Jinx/ Haushinka  cover is a friend of mine. I love the Walking Contradiction nod during the bridge as well. Well done- thanks for sharing.

@TimmyChunks It's my pleasure to have you as a friend!! I thought that no one would notice the Walking Contradiction 'ester egg', but you did!!!!  Thanks a lot!!
@Todd I totally get you and you are right, but it's very hard to my mind not to think about this two songs as a single entity :) Maybe it's because of all the years listening to Nimrod @Spike I love the way you think!

I agree with this take. Also, Nimrod is the epitome of Green Day to me. I'm not saying it is or isn't their best album. It's just that for some reason, it feels like the most Green Day album of theirs. This could make sense, or perhaps it doesn't to anyone else, but I feel like it makes some sort of sense

Great creativity throughout- good music and talent on display for sure, and I also get a kick out of the cheery/ ukulele  contrast to the original. Love this stuff, keep it up.

@Monoqlo Panda Your point makes total sense; Nimrod really is very representative of a "Green Day style" as a whole (even though I think that Dookie is more of an epitome of GD's career).
@TimmyChunks Thanks once again my friend!
