I think Mike probably has worn eyeliner quite often as part of regular stage/photoshoot/event makeup, just usually in a subtle not meant to be noticed way. Probably just a bit more added as he's older in the same way they all have more of that type of makeup now alongside Billie and Tre's bolder statement eyeliner/eyeshadow. Maybe more noticeable on this good quality video.

Billie was absolutely gorgeous yesterday, I’m liking the blonde more and more and he’s at peak floof right now 😍😍. Mike and Tre looked great, I thought Tre looked quite slim, has he lost a few pounds? I loved Ryan’s comments about Billie’s skin care but look at his mum, good genes!

Hello fellow fangirls, let’s talk about the Rockville show! Am I the only one obsessed with Billie‘s new shirt?! I love the OEB patch. And what’s that big silver thing at the collar? I‘ve spent the last twenty minutes on YouTube trying to find out what the print says. 😅„Only….. are pretty“. Who’s pretty? That damned guitar strap is in the way all the time.😂 Help me if you know more…

Besides it has to be said that Billie looked great AGAIN. Very satisfying amount of eyeliner!😉

The OEB patch is so cute! I also saw on Instagram the other day he took a photo with some fans and was wearing a Ramones shirt which had "Billie" added along with the Ramones' names which is super cute
