I also thought it was from that show, but I remembered wrong. It's from TOTP 2005. Billie looks virtually the same in both shows and he's dressed the same too, so it's easy to confuse them.
I've made gifs from this show. I made one of his screams and one of when he gets crazy eyes during JoS.

I love how he sings so much with his eyes open, it feels like we see more of him, though it’s also good when he closes his eyes.  Some singers seem to close their eyes all the time.  You can see he is clearly watching the audience at times.   The TOTP show was so good, he was like a little kid over the fireworks he could see in the distance 😍😍😍

He looks beautiful with his eyes open or closed, but I do love to look at that gorgeous green color. Especially when he's wearing a good amount of eyeliner. It really sets them off!  Sometimes, it almost looks like they're glowing because of the way the light hits them. Like in these:
