Today is the 4th anniversary of my 1st GD concert in Leeds, and I'm in my Rev Rad shirt listening to them and feeling super appreciative of this wonderful bands existence. 

The excitement when I found out I got a ticket; the increasing bowel movement in the weeks leading up to the gig; spotting an Armatage Shanks sink in the little girls room in the train station on the way to the gig (hilariously they played it after Billie asked what fans wanted to hear); the wonderful hotel and meal out in Leeds; Billie shreaking "England" in the intro to KYE;  him shining his torch at my block during Holiday; his flat as a fart guitar at the start of Minority; the deafening pyro at the end of Forever Now; the really good fans who came up on stage; the amazing setlist by one of the best live bands.

I had the time of my life there.

So this site screwed up and deleted the photos and I had to go back and repost them but I couldn't find all the same ones so the last two are different now.

I just read this as "coming off of Billie's lightbender".  Not quite sure what that would mean, other than that I really need to get more rest.

I can't decide how I feel about his look there.  Never been a fan of the pompador (and he looks older), but I wanted the blond gone and it is, so...  There's one particular picture from 21CB era that it reminds me of.

He is going with a more natural hair color and I'm relieved. It looks great on him. He is so lucky to have that luscious head of hair and the black was starting to look weird with no highlights or contrast imo.

Billie turns 49 in a couple of weeks. Expecting him to keep an ever-youthful look is not fair to him. He is a gorgeous man even when he looks close to his age and has a more natural haircolor and no makeup. He looks real and he's beautiful.

I don’t expect him to keep dying the hair black. I thought he looked fabulous tonight (they all did!). I just think he’s been somewhat vein in his public appearance in the past. Maybe that’s lessened with this past year unexpectedly off and just letting himself be “normal”. 
 

Although I was going crazy not being able to get my hair cut & colored last spring/early summer. 

I do find it interesting that he went brown on the dying because it’s most definitely been colored. Zero greys in this shot:

I was sooooooo excited to see the boys on TV! I was a bit shocked at Billie's appearance. I don't like the hair. He looked a little chubby in the face like he's been eating good during quarantine but otherwise cute. I thought he sounded good too. Super happy to see the boys! I really loved it.
