I could be wrong, but it sounds like the song is about a couple planning dual suicide, but alright. 

I mean, aside from the fishy lines, it's describing a pretty fun date.

I had come across a black and white gif version once before and went on the search for the original video.   There are so many short minute long videos to sort through from that show.  Not that I'm complaining.  Any Foxies time is a good time.  Still haven't found any video showing where Billie stole Kevin's scarf though, just the resulting picture of it.
