That’s Jason Bebou (spelling?). He is one of the Golden bulls owners and friend of GD.

Yeah, Jason Beebout is in the hat, and Mark Lynn is the 4th guy. He's in the Dead Sound with Bill Schneider and also an owner of the Golden Bull.
