He's the most beautiful creature in the universe, but he can also be a weird-ass dork, which is cute. He doesn't take himself too seriously and likes to mess with/embarrass the people around him. I love him for those reasons and for the fact that he is an intelligent, genuine, dedicated, caring, and goodhearted person. This of course translates to his personal life as well and the way he treats his family, but I still don't see it as a dad specific thing. At least in my opinion, no matter how hard he tries, Billie is not capable of being a 'dad' (TM) (and by this I mean the stereotypical lame, uncool, dad-ness. Not saying he isn't an excellent father). He is way too awesome and amazing.

Anyway... Moving on. Look at this wonderful, fluffy boy!

Ok I know we’re moving on, but since I started the whole “attractive dad” thing, I just have to say everyone that commented hit the nail on the head. Him having kids doesn’t make him attractive. It’s the way he’s a dad and that we get to see a whole different side of him.  I mean seriously, how many rock stars have been married to the same woman for over 20 years and have such public displays of being such an awesome father? I’m sure there are plenty, but I don’t see them on regular so I can’t fangirl over them LOL.  It just really does show what kind of person he is behind the scenes. Theres the rockstar side of him, and then there’s this whole other side that we are all so  privileged to get to see.  Plus maybe on some level it makes me feel better about being a 34-year-old mother of two who spends her time fangirling on the internet 😂.

BUT ANYWAY back to our regularly scheduled fangirling. Fluffy Billie!!!

It’s the video that makes me melt. His lost, lonely expression all the way through, Mike and Tre bored and waiting for him, the empty third chair and then finally the reunion.  Has there ever been anything as beautiful as that friendship?

I loved that look and this is a good one to show what I say about his nose. It looks straight from in front and from our left (look at @The Insider gif above), from looking from our right though his nose has more of a curve.  It’s a lovely nose 😍😍

That's something I've always noticed about him too! His nose looks quite different from the side than from the front. Either way, it suits him. He's perfect!

Oh my, the new song he's put on longshot Instagram, his raw, slightly crackly voice, almost squeaky in places. I have goosebumps on my goosebumps. I'm even more deeply in love with his singing voice. He is so fantastic. I need a lie down in a dark room (and to listen again and again)

There’s just something about these late night serenades he does. Remember the one from summer 2017 when he did Fell For You, SN and Novacaine?  I wish we had more demos like the acoustic Stay The Night which also has this quiet, slightly sleepy quality. 💕💕💕

That's exactly what I love about the song, Who's Going To Shoe Your Little Feet he does with Norah Jones, it sounds almost sleepy, makes it feel intimate 😍 😍

@squashie09 - enjoy the Buzzcocks, I think their influence on GD and Billie Joe will be really clear, we didn't call it pop punk when it was new but it was always melodic in a way bands like the Sex Pistols weren't.

Just woke up and listened to Billie's cover on Instagram. Wow. My favourite Buzzcocks song covered by my favourite human.❤️ Feels kinda bittersweet because I've always wanted to hear a good quality recording of Billie/GD covering this (since the only other recording is that shitty quality GD audio on youtube), I just didn't expect that we'd get it under these circumstances.😢 But yeah, I really appreciate that Billie did this and I hope he's finding comfort in the music.

Also, I'm so in love with that amazing voice.❤️ Billie's voice is so incredibly beautiful, but this cover is something else entirely. Just hearing his raw vocals, so soft yet filled with emotion - it brought tears to my eyes. It is really nice to hear his lovely voice again, I've missed him so much.❤️
