So as the title says, Green Day are once again nominated for an voted award. Go vote as many times as possible, I'm not sure if you need an different email everytime, but don't let that stop you. ;) It's against Metallica so it's very serious that you vote as many times as you can daily.

It seems like you can vote as many times as you want with the same email so make sure you vote atleast 20 times a day. Not kidding.

Oh i'm not against them, I just meant that Metallica is also nominated and are a huge band so it will be a tough competition. Metallica was the first band that I liked actually (and my first favourite), but then Green Day took over and has been my favourite for about 8 years.:)

I was surprised to see they didn't get a nomination for the biggest music moment, like Bring Me The Horizon dancing on Coldplay's table at an awards ceremony a while back. I feel like their anti-trump rant was one of the most talked about music moments of last year :lol:

I used to go on Twitter pretty regularly and was on it around the time that the cover was released. The 5sosfam (or whatever they call themselves) were fangirling over it etc and I saw so much hype in the fandom that Billie himself praised it. I even think one of the guys in 5sos mentioned it in an interview. Tbh, their cover basically turned AI into a pop song! It's definitely one of the weakest covers I've heard

Weird cause I have never seen anything about that. There's a few quotes that 5sos fans made up about Billie talking about them, but are so fake, you can found them on Tumblr :P

I literally took it with a grain of salt at the time because all anyone wanted on Twitter was followers, retweets, band recognition etc. I got bored with Twitter really easily :D

And now I just read that 5sos mention Green Day in one of their songs... 

Oh well, I'm just gonna go vote for GD a million times more. They totally deserve this :lol:
