Wow, those are expensive!  I would rather the taxi one be in colour too, it’s such a great pic and the colours so striking, seems weird to do b&w.

The Letterman story about Tre is really making the rounds. The DJ on Sirius XM’s Lithium channel was just telling it and then they played Redundant! Pretty awesome I never hear that on the radio.

That was nice to hear from FOB. I’ve always found it so cool how the guys in Green Day are genuinely close friends. Most musicians would do side projects to get away from their regular band mates, but these guys choose to do their side projects together, lol.

Their chemistry is easy to take for granted, because I always feel so weird when I read stories like, “X band fired their drummer and he learned about it through a text!” I’m like lol…how does that even happen? But I guess the answer is, as Patrick said, it’s easy to just become colleagues after a while.

It also makes me sad when I see former bandmates suing each other over rights and money. I can’t imagine our guys ever doing that.

You can see FOB are basically saying what, to me, Green Day said before recording AI.  The relationship can so easily just become business and thankfully GD reset theirs and seem to have maintained it.  I love the friendship side of them, love hearing these things.  There was a similar interview with MCR years ago saying similar things about GD.  

can’t find the one I’m looking for, maybe it was an article but found this one.

I just saw that! Loved that they did it this year, they didn’t last year when it was first available for artists to do.

I rarely listened to Spotify on a regular basis, but about two months ago I got an offer of about $7 for three months and was in. It was just perfect timing 😄
