What is your favourite album cover? I have gone with Dookie.

Insomniac. It's a mess. And it fits perfectly into the dark atmosphere of the album. I remember reading on the GD biography that the painting is called "God Told Me To Skin You Alive", by Winston Smith.

Dookie is the absolute best album cover of all time! Insomniac would have been second choice followed by Kerplunk.

I was going to say the same thing. I always find different things when I look at the Dookie cover, so that wins for me.

I, as most of you know, am a member of the Illuminati.  Green Day is also a Member.  Their greatest album cover has yet to come.  322

Tough choice. I went with American Idiot because it's so strong and iconic, and I love it as an album cover, whereas with Dookie it's great as a piece of art but not necessarily made to be an album cover.

It is interesting that the two best selling albums have the best album cover art.

The first one that came to my mind as a favourite was Insomniac, so I guess I'll go with that. But I agree that the Dookie and AI covers are iconic, tough choice.
