Now that you say, it would be really nice to see a MTV Unplugged with Green Day I loved MTV Unplugged especially the one from Nirvana. And pretty good setlist if that would ever happen

This year at X-Factor Italy a band played a (shitty) acoustic version of Basket Case.

Curious to see how GD would play it.

I don't agree, I love that Bridge School show footage, have watched it many times.  I think it would be different from their normal show, but it would be great.

I would enjoy it but if I had to pick that or the fact that we got a Storytellers I like the Storytellers more. It was cool to see the interviews in between and the whole album on VH1 of American Idiot. But yeah of course I wouldn't be opposed to an Unplugged I could see that happening on MTV Live or something.

That would be great! I would love to see Green Day on that show! MTV needs to bring that show back. They need to start playing music again too.

For the same reason, they don't know how to exploit other songs of their catalog that would fit better to that kind of show. Also, I'm taking in consideration too how BJ ruined Acoustic 4 cure in 2014 playing American Idiot the way he did. 

If they will do some kind of show with this setup someday, they will need to workout the hell of their songs

Wasn't it going around recently MTV was going to revive Unplugged, but it would be getting a change as far as the acts they would feature,  and opposite genres from the original. Maybe we can get a special episode for Green Day.
