Hope Billie is wearing that jacket in the video.

That photo is older than Thursday 27th, they must be done #soon.

If he filmed a music video for Still Breathing in that jacket, I'm not ready on any level.

I'm not very emotional about that song but if he did I might start feeling a certain kind of feels.

Oh Jesus. I've never been more excited for and afraid of a music video at the same time

This exactly. I really hope it doesn't turn out to be another war-love cliche video like WMUWSE and 21 Guns which massively disappointed me.

I can't wait to see this, especially if it's really for Still Breathing. I personally hope they don't overdo it and keep it quite simple (but still meaningful).

Here's what I know:

  • It was filmed while the band was in the LA area during the last tour
  • Most of the video involves a green screen

I'm looking forward to it.  I do hope it's Still Breathing.

That's interesting! I hope the video will at least have some kind of storyline going on. If most of the video is filmed with a green screen it will probably go deeper than just a band performance.

Can't wait for the video!

So maybe it will be something in the style of 21st Century Breakdown, 99% of that video was filmed in front of a green screen too.

This is so exciting, I'm really curious to find out for which song this music video will be. I was just wondering today when we'll get another one.  It might as well be Revolution Radio as this is the 2nd song they've released. Maybe they're going in order. First Bang Bang, then Revolution Radio, then Still Breathing, then Youngblood, then Ordinary World, then Somewhere Now... :P

Hey, that guy also directed "SING" by MCR, that's pretty promising! I don't know any other videos he directed, but he hasn't been directing anything since 2013 according to Wikipedia, I wonder why that is.

P.R. Brown Directs Green Day

October 17, 2016

Director P.R. Brown recently wrapped an epic 5-day shoot for a forthcoming Green Day music video! The band (who were recently inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame) saw their latest album "Revolution Radio" debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200!

5 days seems like a lot for a music video to me, but I have no knowledge in this area. But still I can't help but have very high expectations for this one!

Yes indeed.

If we're talking about SB, I wanna know when, so that I can turn my heart on before the moment.

I think there is no GD song being deeper than Still Breathing, because there isn't any Jimmy, Christian or Gloria in this story: just Billie Joe!

The video MUST be awesome!

I love a good music video and Green Day haven't disappointed so far with this album (Bang Bang and the lyric videos are awesome). Excited for another one!

Depends really on people's schedules the band may only been free to film for a few hours a day or director etc or they had to wait for a location time or had bunch of locations used for a short clips or it could just be a long video

Michael Jacksons videos took a long time to film one over 15 days but 5 days for a big budget video isn't unheard of

I agree, but for Green Day standards 5 days is a lot. Usually it is about 2 days. The only other exception I can think of was the shoot for the video Nice Guys Finish Last which also took more than 3 days to shoot, I think.

But I don't really care how long they take to shoot a video. They could do one in 1 day as long as it is entertaining and awesome.

I want it to be exactly like the "Oh Love" music video.   You know, the X-Rated one.

Something powerful and real, like that one.
