How Do You Guys Like My Green Day + Pharrell Mashup?

Hey guys, just created a mashup of American Idiot + Happy, let me know what you guys think! Hopefully people can look past the whole "ew Top 40" and be open-minded about it. Thanks in advance!

That was good.  No ewww, Happy is a really cool song.

For the most part (i.e. all except the guitar solo) it's really well done!   However, I don't feel like the songs fit together very well thematically - Billie Joe Armstrong isn't happy in American idiot!  They're quite random songs to decide to put together  You've done really well with what you had, but picking other songs could have made it even better.

Love Green Day and love Pharrell, cool! I remember hearing a mash up of Boulevard of Broken Dreams and Happy that was good, this is too.

I agree that lyrically the songs contrast heavily, but I must say it it quite difficult to find songs that match on both a musical and thematic level! Thanks for the constructive criticism though!
