21guns&novacaine Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 What's some of your favorite moments from Green Day music videos? Feel free to include most surprising, etc. Personal favorite off the top of my head: How many times they narrowly avoided death in Walking Contradiction.
Spike Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I love the video for Redundant in general, with how they're totally oblivious to everything going on around them. Same with Hitchin' A Ride, I love the whole vibe. In terms of specific moments, Mike throwing the fridge through the window in Basket Case and Billie stabbing the sofa in Longview.
Haushinka! Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I really love when the dude from the crowd tackles Billie in the video for Nice Guys Finish Last. That whole video is awesome, actually.
Hermione Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I like it when Tre totally gives away that he's scared and power walks and ducks in the Walking Contradiction video, while Billie pulls off looking calm flawlessly, and Mike doesn't appear to do anything dangerous at all . Billie's look in the mirror and the fact he's wearing an old t shirt that he'd already worn in two previous music videos two years before are also highlights. The "Sieg heil to the president gasman..." part with Billie and the dancers in the Holiday video is epic, Tre's performance in drag too. So is the really realistic looking young version of Billie turning into the older version in 21st CB, and everything turning into a drip from his eyeliner at the end. Like, every single thing in the Warning video, because it's fun looking out for each thing the guy does that he's not supposed to. Billie sticking out his tongue at the end of Hitchin A Ride. Spotting young Jason White in When I Come Around. The genuine tooth pulling scenes in Geek Stink Breath, awesome haha. Loads in Nice Guys Finish Last but I particularly enjoy the guy in a Nimrod mask and "there's no I in band". The way the little heart man cheekily runs around in Stray Heart. The Bang Bang masks and the staring girl. Injured Tre in Good Riddance. 4 hours ago, Spike said: and Billie stabbing the sofa in Longview. Also this, he jumps up and down like a little monkey. Love all of Redundant too, watching the number of different looped things going on in the background build up. There's too many
UNICORN VOMIT Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 When BJ pulls the receiver off the pay phone in WICA - so bad ass
zeldachick14 Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 The monologue at the beginning of the Jesus of Suburbia video. That's my favorite music video in general though.
Private Ale. Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 some ofmy favorites have been mentioned , i want to say the part when Tre is headbanging while playing drums in Nice Guys Finish Last . it's a few seconds thing but i always loved it for some reason.
ThibautDookie Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I've always liked that part, they look so punk hahahaa
Libertine Angel Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 For some reason when I was about 5 the load of worms in Brain Stew was my favourite thing ever

DoodleBob Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I'm going to be a fangirl and say the closeups of Billie in the 21 Guns video. His hair just looks so fluffy.
MaraGreenDay Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 The whole video of Nice Guys Finish Last, specially at the end it's so funny and nerd Billie on Holiday
Marki. Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 The whole Walking Contradiction video. I still remember vividly the time when I was 11 and me and my two best friends went around the streets trying to reenact it
