BilIie Joe Armstrong Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I really hope they come to Brazil. No joke, their SA fanbase is fantastic.
okotavio Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 But what does Mexico have to do with South America?

Mexico is usually a part of South America tour legs even though it's not geographically part of it. Gonna change the title cause this is a bit of a leap for an tour though.

They shouted "come to Chile" on their latest live on fb though.

Paola Gómez Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 They are definitely not counting Mexico as North America. It will be definitely the starting point of of the South America leg of the tour, because it's just not common to say "central America" and make it be only Mexico. I've heard Mexico is supposed to be on the second half of 2017. From then on I guess it's turn for South America.

okotavio Posted October 13, 2016 Posted October 13, 2016 Just to update the SA situation (could we make this thread to post all of the LA/SA speculation?): Mike did an interview with brazilian site Tenho Mais Discos Que Amigos ("I have more disks than friends" ) and they're claiming Mike said they'll definitely be on Brazil for the RevRad era. Here's a little teaser for the full interview which they're gonna post next week (he says "thank you" in portuguese):
MaraGreenDay Posted October 13, 2016 Posted October 13, 2016 In the Huffpost interview Billie said that South America was a possibility, he actually mentioned Perú
