What are some cool facts about Billie Joe from 2006 to present? unrelated to Green Day if at all possible. And what year was the Project Chimp place opened? I'm definitely to visit and probably volunteer as well. It looks like a lot of fun.

    Punk Bunny Coffee---Coming Soon!

Yeah I wasn’t gonna argue but I actually like Timmy’s. Husband likes Dunkin’ decaf though so I can easily go back to that when he runs out of the Oakland Coffee we still have. I was pleased to hear that the K-cups Punk Bunny uses now are new easy to recycle kind (the lid peels off easily). Sounds like Keurig is changing over to these for all of their brands but starting with Punk Bunny. I may try their Soundcheck at some point but I just don’t drink coffee that often and it’s not worth the shipping to order just for me.

Not sure where you’re from, but Canadian Tim hortons taste way better than the American ones. Closest to me (Indianapolis area) is about an hour and a half fwiw

Think I’ll just try to buy up the last of the Oakland coffee at my local grocer first.

    Saviors - Album Discussion

I was in a rush for new music after the last few records, but right now I’m not even thinking about it. I think I was in a rush before because the music wasn’t as satisfactory. Saviors is so good that it’s quenching my thirst and I’m enjoying it still months later. It’s honestly a great record. I’ll always be excited for new Green Day, but this is a quality product that will keep me happy and satisfied for quite some time, I think.

Messaged them asking about the decaf but they just directed me to Caruso Coffee’s decaf which is the local Ohio company that does their roasting now. If Caruso makes a decaf, why can’t they brand one for Punk Bunny? Eh, it’s all branding anyway but with a new roaster, there’s no guarantee even their other coffees will taste like they used to so it’s like starting all over again with a product. Even the roast descriptions have changed. Last Ride In was medium roast now it’s light medium. Soundcheck was medium dark, now it’s dark. Does this mean it’s different? Why give it the same names? Anyone have a brand they recommend that I can get in K-cups at the supermarket? I used to buy Tim Hortons so I’m not a connoisseur

    Punk Bunny Coffee---Coming Soon!

I was pretty surprised to hear they teamed up with Keurig. I've heard the company has been trying to work towards sustainability, but they're notoriously bad (both in waste and coffee taste 🤢) Honestly, this change sucks. Looking at their site their coffee is more expensive to buy and ship. I see they now require a minimum of 2 items per order for subscribers at 17.99. My Oakland Coffee subscription was just 15.99 for one bag of coffee every month. They must be joking. Guess my run with Green Day coffee is over.

    Green Day On This Day

On this day 15 years ago (16 May 2009), Green Day were on SNL with Will Ferrell. If you want to remember the infamous cowbell performance (or see it for the first time), it's on YouTube. 16 years ago (2008), the Foxboro Hot Tubs played their second show in Crockett. I haven't got any photos, but fear not. There was a MySpace message from The Rev. "We took our rated pg 13 plus tax circus to sugartown california at a joint called Toots Tavern around the corner from tight wad hill run by the Gomez family. Pabst was flowin and everyone on some serious octane, baby! Sting!!!!" If you're enjoying The Rev's MySpace antics, keep your eyes on this thread, because there are more and they get weirder. Much weirder. 22 years ago (2002), Green Day played Orlando, FL on the Pop Disaster Tour. 26 years ago (1998), they played HFStival in DC. And 32 years ago (1992), they played the The Royal Albert Arms in Winnipeg, Canada on the Kerplunk Tour.

    Punk Bunny Coffee---Coming Soon!

The new website is up https://www.punkbunnycoffee.com/ First thing I notice is no more decaf. I hope there’s one coming or I may not be a customer anymore. It sucks too that they’ve gone back to the plastic pods. It was something I really liked about their product that made them different and worth spending more. I might be going back to supermarket coffee.

    Saviors - Album Discussion

I agree. We need to start speculating when the band is confirmed to be in the studio, that's how it was done with Saviors (then rumored to be named 1972).
