Any updates on this? I was at the riot fest show yesterday and Billie lost his voice at the end and said he had a cold, so I was almost expecting this to be cancelled

I knew this, but seeing it written down just depresses me every time 😆. I remember driving my ancient VW on release day to pick it up from the record shop - it doesn't seem like a quarter of a lifetime ago.

I'm in a nuerodiverent group on Facebook, and I saw a post about Green Day. Someone was panicked, losing their child at a recent Green Day show. And while they were looking, they realized their kid was up on stage with the band having a blast and totally safe! I don't know if the kid sang or played guitar but that was a pretty cool post to see elsewhere. Pictures of Billie hugging their kid and a total happy accident.

So if one happened to be in the vicinity today and wanted to catch a glimpse of the boys, what time might one hang around the area.....? 🤔

Revolution Radio, The Grouch, Going to Pasalacqua, Suzie Chapstick.... I did not expect to get all that at a festival show! Really enjoyed last night, although I will say that no-one around me knew the deep cuts! Thank you Chicago, it was definitely worth the journey ❤️

This show was completely amazing. Everything I could’ve wanted it to be. The Grouch and Revolution Radio?!?! I had an amazing time in the pit. I’ve never truly been a part of a Green Day mosh pit and this one was nonstop throughout the entire show. It felt cleansing to be drenched in Green Day fan sweat 🤣. But now I am actually cleansed after one of the most needed showers ever. It was totally worth being at the stage since 11 am.

Well I don’t think I could ask for a better US setlist. Going to Pasalacqua truly surprised me and The Grouch is always a good time. Same with Rev Rad and I left a tad early but they played Suzie Chapstick a bit.

It was pretty funny watching the masses leave before Weezer’s set ended because they frontloaded with their hits for the most part. I gripe about Green Day’s lack of change up with their set but they know how to put on a show.

Really hard to believe it's been 21 years since American Idiot 🥹 That album will never stop blowing my mind, and I'm forever grateful that I was to lucky to have "found" it when it in my teens, that I got to see it played live in its entirety. Also, 1 year and 10 days since the last time I sawed it played live and at the same time I feel sad knowing I will probably never experience that again 🥺

It would be great to have more Trilogy or songs from Saviors that aren’t singles. Since AI is such a great classic record She’s A Rebel would be cool. 21cb Viva La Gloria would be great.

if we do get a AI non single that isnt jimmy, i really hope its not Letterbomb this time no offense to anyone who likes it, but id much prefer EG or Rebel to be pulled out over Letterbomb or even Burnout

I think we’ll be lucky if there is a deep cut given the set time. I’m holding out hope for Scattered but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s something off AI if there is one
