This is a long shot, but I'm currently in the process of writing a script for a video essay all about Warning. I found a supposed quote from Billie Joe Armstrong about the song Church on Sunday on multiple websites (Wikipedia, Green Day Wiki, and GeekStinkBreath. net), although I cannot find a direct source of this quote anywhere that is verifiable. I'll put the quote below, but I was curious if anyone had a direct source (interview, video) where BJA says this? Thanks! This! In the beginning I was on the fence about the VIP tickets but as the tour has carried on it's becoming more unacceptable and good spots on the barrier are only accessible to people with money and who can buy them for every single show of the tour And quite frankly Calling all Saviors doesn't guarantee safe and organised entry to the venue. At some shows they make people walk and at others it's just a shit show. Sometimes the VIP host doesn't even bother to show up

i prefer to not hear the crowd anyways i still cant really enjoy the BIAB recordings because of the *constant* screaming of some girls haha and i know about the wembley show, maybe they will use several shows like they did with Awesome As Fuck, i fully expect them to release something in their upcoming "break"

The sound might be good, but not the crowd consisting of casino players. If you have a look at the Wembley 2024 thread you will find a link posted today that shows that Wembley was recorded professionally. So this might get to be the live album…

the very last show of the saviors tour will be at the end of september in california, in a theater do you think its possible they choose this location to record a proper live album? because the acoustic/sound must be very good in a theater this big

lol, yes, 14 year old did something without thinking it through, lol, I don't wanna live in a world where we don't allow teens to get away with harmless, stupid things. I actually thought later that maybe the guy had a complete brain fart and forgot how to play Good Riddance as soon as he got up there so just played a song he knew, I have extreme anxiety and can see this being something that would happen to me, lol

Worst comes to worst he won't have time to reply or even read your message, but it's worth asking politely, he seems a decent person. You'll probably have to pay for an original but I'm sure it will be reasonable. Best of luck.

Looks like they have enjoyed the tour. 🩷 I loved the deep cuts they kept changing from show to show. I miss going to concerts already but with all the touring they've done I get that they need a break. Whenever they're ready to come back so are we. 🤗

So glad you got to see them, they really are so amazing live. I feel them slipping away from us in Europe, am sure they will be glad to go home but they feel so far away.

You know I'm going to say it. It was amazing. It was surreal seeing them in front of me and not in front of a screen. I still have not realized this. They played every song I wanted to hear live after all these years not that whatever they played I wouldn't sing along and be jumping around. The summer here is very warm, we're talking about 40 degrees and we were there in the hot concrete since 3pm with the sun burning on our backs. But at the end of the day I was in the very front and could see our boys clearly so it was all worth it. I really had the time of my life.

It was nothing! I was there and it was so special to me that I'm really excited to have it professionally recorded. I hope they release it because they're still in great shape so now is the time to release a live album, especially since this was the biggest Green Day concert ever.

It seems that we will indeed have a new live album. Last year, we had already speculated about this due to an Instagram post by one of the camera operators at the Wembley concert, who said that 22 people filmed the concert and that he was anxious to see the final result. Excuse me 👵🏻 Green Day have been around for years so their fans' age is definitely all over the place. That's one of the things I love about them. We all got into them at a different age and for different albums. Getting older doesn't mean that you stop enjoying music and going to live shows. 💕
