I don't really pay attention to emails from Green Day and I was amused when I noticed a coffee one the other day. Imagine if I'd forgotten all about them after signing up to the mailing list in 2007, then 19 years later I wonder why the fuck I'm getting emails about some coffee with a godawful name when I don't even drink it, so I look and... it's Green Day. It's a rock band trying to sell me coffee.

I started listening to much more punk rock when I was introduced to Green Day about eight or so years ago. They introduced me to Social Distortion, The Offspring, and basically any 90's 00's era emo or punk band. I also got into metal and metalcore a little later. I don't know how that came about .
