    Green Day Q&A Thread

Worst comes to worst he won't have time to reply or even read your message, but it's worth asking politely, he seems a decent person. You'll probably have to pay for an original but I'm sure it will be reasonable. Best of luck.

    European tour 2025

Looks like they have enjoyed the tour. 🩷 I loved the deep cuts they kept changing from show to show. I miss going to concerts already but with all the touring they've done I get that they need a break. Whenever they're ready to come back so are we. 🤗

I feel the same way…🥲 But maybe Billie will spend some time in London with his son‘s family during their upcoming „free“ time. Not that far away then… https://www.instagram.com/reel/DLzfjs-uNTV/?igsh=OHl0Y3NlM2ZsdDNw And this cute video is perfect to make the sadness go away for a while!🥰

    European tour 2025

So glad you got to see them, they really are so amazing live. I feel them slipping away from us in Europe, am sure they will be glad to go home but they feel so far away.

    European tour 2025

You know I'm going to say it. It was amazing. It was surreal seeing them in front of me and not in front of a screen. I still have not realized this. They played every song I wanted to hear live after all these years not that whatever they played I wouldn't sing along and be jumping around. The summer here is very warm, we're talking about 40 degrees and we were there in the hot concrete since 3pm with the sun burning on our backs. But at the end of the day I was in the very front and could see our boys clearly so it was all worth it. I really had the time of my life.

It was nothing! I was there and it was so special to me that I'm really excited to have it professionally recorded. I hope they release it because they're still in great shape so now is the time to release a live album, especially since this was the biggest Green Day concert ever.
  12. Thank you very much for the link! To me it looks like the preparation for a live album. Why else all this effort? I‘d expect the release after the Saviors tour is finished in autumn, or maybe for Christmas… Oh I really hope this will happen, and a live video too, please!!!

Now @petros how was the show in Greece?

2024/06/29 - Wembley Stadium, London, United Kingdom

It seems that we will indeed have a new live album. Last year, we had already speculated about this due to an Instagram post by one of the camera operators at the Wembley concert, who said that 22 people filmed the concert and that he was anxious to see the final result. Now I found this video posted this year, which I don't know if anyone in the community has seen. This company shows what it was like to professionally record the audio from the Wembley concert. https://m.facebook.com/watch/?v=1083356093478314&vanity=SolidStateLogic.SSL Thoughts?

    A Documentary coming to Netflix?

  17. Excuse me 👵🏻 Green Day have been around for years so their fans' age is definitely all over the place. That's one of the things I love about them. We all got into them at a different age and for different albums. Getting older doesn't mean that you stop enjoying music and going to live shows. 💕
  18. You did it again!😃Thank you!!
  19. It might help not to think too much about it! And besides, just think of how old the band members are, and they don’t give a shit and just keep going… You don’t have to act your age, as long as you are healthy. And please don’t ask how old I am!🤣

2025/07/02 - Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam, Netherlands

After the show in Amsterdam, thinking about all the predictions for the future, like maybe they'll come back in 4-5 years, I thought oh sh1t, I will be 35-6 (94 baby here) I will be old (No offence to anyone older than that of course! lol) I mean, even if I will be 40 it will be okay, at the end. But I am a bit afraid of this age gap It feels like the age gap I had between 99 rev tour and rev radio one, even if it was 4 years also there, it was less "intense" since I was 19 and 23

    A Documentary coming to Netflix?

Thank you so much! I have been looking forward to watching it, and now I am . News about the documentary kinda went dark after a while, and I have been wondering about it. Again, thanks!

    Punk Bunny Coffee

I have found a nearby 7-11 that stock the slurpees and have TONS of Punk Bunny Coffee. You can basically reach in any direction and you'll find mountains of the stuff. Not sure if that's good or bad, lol. I have one cup that I purchased at a location where the slurpee machine was broken, and haven't found a place with both cups AND the slurpee but hey. oh.

    Random Green Day Thoughts

I wish Green Day could have been involved with the insane Ozzy/Sabbath show yesterday. Yungblud was repping the Punk side of things so that was nice.
  26. Absolutely. Parts of my early teenage years was very difficult. American Idiot came out when I was 13 (now I'm 34). They have gotten me through hard times and it makes me emotional to think about how they've constantley been there. 🩷 Same here. I get excited for other bands too but it cannot be compared and whenever a Green Day show is finished I want to go to another. Fingers crossed for not waiting too long for more tours.🤞💕 Some of my favorite bands are around my age or a little older but I doubt they'll keep touring like Green Day has so I feel like I should get as many shows in as I can. 🤭

    Green Day Q&A Thread

Don't know if it's the right place to ask but Anyone here has ever tried to request a photo to Greg? I've found myself in a photo he took in Amsterdam and I would like the original one, since I'm afraid dowloading the IG version would be to small. But I don't wanna bother him

It’s the same for me. I have two (or maybe three) all time favorite bands that I follow even more closely than the other artists I listen to because I discovered them as a teenager and they have profoundly shaped my music taste and maybe even my personality a little bit. I listen to a lot of other bands too, but whenever a Green Day concert is approaching, I literally get nervous, even if I haven’t been to that many shows. There’s just a level of excitement I cannot quite reach with other bands and it’s a bit like a drug. You want to feel that excitement over and over again. Unfortunately, all of my favorite bands are a lot older than me, so if I stay healthy, there will be a time in my life without them. That’s why I hope that the break between tours won’t be too long 😂.
