So I was watching Quatro and as we all know, Billie went through multiple hairstyles during the recording of the trilogy. So I ask... Which hairstyle of Billie's (from the last decade) do you like best? [Note: It keeps saying I can't use the image extension so I have to post links]

 

Let's start with...

This was the hair he had when American Idiot was just starting. It was the hairstyle he had when I first became exposed to him and fell in love so I really appreciate it.

Now this is the most consistent hairstyle he's had the last decade. It's a grown out version of #1. Personally, I'm a bit sick of it (and I find the eyeliner a bit dated, I must say) so I was surprised and glad when he changed it.

The really short cut. Eh, it's not too bad. It's giving me some Rob Thomas from Matchbox Twenty vibes though...

The short blonde highlights. I think this was the first time he really changed his hair post-American Idiot and I loved it. Something new and different. I wanted him to keep it but it was short lived.

The gelled up fancy look. I think this can look nice on occasion. Very grown up.

I'm not really sure what to call this other than the Nurse Jackie hair. It is easily my new favourite look of Billie's. Very mature looking in a "sexy older man you'd like in your bed" kind of way. I would definitely like to see more of this.

The grown out blonde look. Another new favourite of mine.

The curls. Personally, I don't this look.

The dreadlock look from the Waiting video. I thought this was a decent look, even though, I don't like dreadlocks.

 

 

So from the recent pictures, we can tell that Billie's gotten a haircut since the whole rehab thing. We all look forward to 2013 when he'll be back in the public eye for tours, appearances, etc. I wonder what his hair will look like then.

2 seems like the way he looks when you think of Billie Joe Armstrong. For Mike it would be you know American Idiot, 21st Century Breakdown look, now however he has the blonde look. And Tre, it does not really matter.
