I noticed in the description of the official music video for Warning that Youtube recognises the song as Warning (2025 Remaster) The live performance of Blood sex and Booze on the howard stern show is also being recognised as part of a 2025 Remaster The Waiting music video is being recognised as Waiting (Otis Mix) Macy's Day Parade also being recognised as part of a 2025 Remaster Maybe we are getting something for the 25th anniversary of Warning?12 points

The end of September timing is perfect for marketing this one. I imagine the post will start with “Wake up!!! Better thank your lucky stars! Warning is 25!!”10 points

I literally nearly knocked myself out during Suzie Chapstick and had to sit down afterwards. It is safe to say that was the highlight. The gambler next to me had won a ticket and she was so pissed off she had this maniac next to her. Every time I jumped she glared. I'm sure she REALLY enjoyed my performance of Suzie. 💅 That was worth every penny of the $720 I paid for that stupidly expensive ticket and the airfare and everything. I did also win nearly $160 with the free plays I got for buying the ticket 💰💰💰 Obviously everything was amazing, but I will never forget (or get over?) hearing Suzie Chapstick in full at that moment in my life. When I was 15, I heard the most meaningful song to me (¡Viva La Gloria!) at the last show of my first Green Day tour. Now I'm 30 and I heard the most meaningful song to me (Suzie Chapstick) at the last show of my first tour back after walking away for a while. So glad I got to hear American Dream again. It's incredible live. Security gave my friend a setlist on the way out. I squealed because I was so happy for her and then they gave me one too. I also picked up enough confetti to sink a ship even though it was just plain stuff. Oh also Billie ran onto the stage during Bohemian Rhapsody. AAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!10 points

One of the highlights of the show. This had me smiling like a dumbass. Also, Wake Me Up When September Ends nearly brought me to tears this time. I wish I got some out, but I only got close. This was my 9th time seeing them and it was the very best time. The fans were amazing and I’ve missed being in the pit at a Green Day show so much. I am very much looking forward to seeing them as often as I can until I can’t anymore.10 points

Revolution Radio, The Grouch, Going to Pasalacqua, Suzie Chapstick.... I did not expect to get all that at a festival show! Really enjoyed last night, although I will say that no-one around me knew the deep cuts! Thank you Chicago, it was definitely worth the journey ❤️10 points

That was a really awesome show! My only issue I had was, my friend had to leave his spot bc this woman kept pushing into him and he ended up leaving the spot he had to go sit down. And i don't mind crowd surfers hey it looks like it is fun! But literally every second me and the people I was with had to duck. 2 bands before Green Day played is when it started. It was literally every 2nd. so i had to keep ducking bc security would kinda drop the people crowd surfing on our heads, but during Green Day's set I don't really remember much 😕 except a few things here and there. I got kicked alot people were just mostly crowd sufering on our end it wasn't too bad tho just hard to watch when security was standing in your face trying to help the surfers out lol. on a brighter note Billie kept watching our side to make sure everyone was ok. God I love him sm, he's so sweet💚 and they played RevRad, Going to Pasalacqua and The Grouch! I didn't get too many clips bc having to duck from the crowd surfers or risk getting kicked🤣🤣 oh and I brought my tie for Billie! During St. Jimmy I threw it on stage for him he wore it for the entire show after that!🥰😍9 points

This show was completely amazing. Everything I could’ve wanted it to be. The Grouch and Revolution Radio?!?! I had an amazing time in the pit. I’ve never truly been a part of a Green Day mosh pit and this one was nonstop throughout the entire show. It felt cleansing to be drenched in Green Day fan sweat 🤣. But now I am actually cleansed after one of the most needed showers ever. It was totally worth being at the stage since 11 am.9 points

Well I don’t think I could ask for a better US setlist. Going to Pasalacqua truly surprised me and The Grouch is always a good time. Same with Rev Rad and I left a tad early but they played Suzie Chapstick a bit.9 points

https://www.instagram.com/p/DOUSfH9AcRR/?igsh=MWt4c3dkZG9sYjVtaA== This is so cool! Souvenirs from the screening. They gave out demo tapes with two songs, Basket Case and what has to be a new song by Green Day for the movie band called “Bored”. Can’t wait for someone to upload it! Update: according to someone who attended the screening, the credits reveal that Jakob wrote “Bored” https://www.reddit.com/r/greenday/s/JLfQXwMeI88 points

The band is now teasing it on socials. https://x.com/GreenDay/status/1973451884053799091 For those without X, the text is "WARNING Warning: 25 is almost here." and there is a short clip of the "Minority" intro.7 points

Really hard to believe it's been 21 years since American Idiot 🥹 That album will never stop blowing my mind, and I'm forever grateful that I was to lucky to have "found" it when it in my teens, that I got to see it played live in its entirety. Also, 1 year and 10 days since the last time I sawed it played live and at the same time I feel sad knowing I will probably never experience that again 🥺7 points

Green Day website was down yesterday. Probably editing the website for the Warning release. Not gonna be surprised if it's coming after their last show tomorrow.6 points

According to someone on Reddit, Billie said at Ohana in relation to the end of the Saviors tour: "We'll be back sooner rather than later." I like that!!!6 points

When you go through the setlist of every Saviors concert you attended last year (full album shows), to choose a favorite one, and then you compile it on Spotify (including Bohemian Rhapsody, Blitzkrieg Bop, The Imperial March and We Will Rock you -- wish I had the actual mashup they use in the concerts though -- at the beginning) and are super excited to find out it is just long enough for you to complete the race you are running next weekend. Now this will be my motivation for staying on my target pace 😂 (and appropriately enough, I will be running in Lyon to the Lyon setlist).6 points

Np, I was very confused lol. Context on The Black Parade: I first heard the whole thing in 2015-ish. It’s one of those albums that before I heard it, “Welcome to the Black Parade” was a running joke about emo culture for me. After hearing the whole album, it’s one of the best songs ever. I don’t think the album is quite up to AI or The Wall standards, but it is an underrated all-time great. Yep, “Still Breathing” was originally written for 5 seconds of Summer. Billie Joe decided to rework it into a song for Rev Rad, and it fit perfectly. “Are you scared to death to live?”, is, imo, the best lyric in any Green Day song, full stop. I think Rev Rad is the type of lyrically and musically the type of album that really benefits from a slower closer. “Forever Now” is an amazing song, but it’s a crazy, hectic, all over the map number. Kind of like “American Eulogy” in a lot of ways. Ending the album with it would have felt kind of abrupt to me. Live, it works great when you know there’s an encore on the way. On the album, it needs that slower ballad after it.6 points

I can't believe it, I'm just totally overwhelmed, absolutely gobsmacked with this awesome band of ours. Since Jan' '23, We've had 3 box sets, now talk of 4th, and awesome new studio album, plus deluxe version, a world tour extended as usual meeting old and new friends at live shows, surprise shows, and to cap it all the return of Pinhead Gunpowder. GD just can't stop giving. Thanks GD luv yer. ❤️5 points

Of the many things I've grown to love about GD over the past 30+ years is, expect the unexpected. You never know what the band are planning. They always seem to come up with a surprise or two again and again. And Saviors was no exception. Prior to the new Album's release we got the Nimrod anniversary box set. A new trend that has seen two more since. Also, Pinhead Gunpowder surprised us with a new record. Just like the old days of the '90, when a new GD album was released you got a PG release as well. The awesome Saviors album era and amazing extended tour may be nearing it's end, but the excitement and wonder of following GD never diminishes. Can't wait to see what's coming next.5 points

Welp, I think we can now say fairly safely, no anniversary edition of BIAB Still the dream lives on, I shall live to the day when the whole concert across both nights is released in full 🤞5 points

We were hanging around outside and met some people who were at the event. They didn't perform as Billie is sick so they just did an interview and photos!5 points

Oh my god...we'd be UNSTOPPABLE!!! While I am bummed and a little pissed off that I got through today, but no one picked up, it was fun sharing our guesses and commiserating on GDC. This is a personal win for me as I typically don't bother with radio contests, so I'm giving myself a lil pat on the back for giving it a shot every day. At least I tried.5 points

I got through to the station, guessed Walking Contradiction, Nice Guy Finish Last, and Boulevard of Broken Dreams, but the first guesser on the station was correct. The first song was Longview, not Walking Contradiction. This was fun! With your ability to guess the correct answers right away and my ability to get through to the station, our combined efforts could’ve won all 5 times 😆5 points
-
Okay this isn't fair!! I'm 3 for 3?! COME ON! I just need to get through 😭5 points

I missed my bus so I could reliably call in this morning. I'm pretty sure I knew the songs....but I didn't get through 😮💨😭 Do you see the things I do for you, Green Day? 😄5 points

I think during previous shows of the Saviors tour they have already teased At the Library and Stay the Night. So maybe those will come in full?5 points

To be honest I didn’t really expect GD to win, just had a little bit of hope… But I‘m surprised the winner isn’t Linkin Park. Maybe it really was that kissing camera incident that made Coldplay so popular.5 points

I'll always stand up for Ordinary World. It's in my top 15 GD songs. Like @Tre's Busted Drumkitsaid, it's like an exhale. If they ended on Forever Now, you still have a bunch of adrenaline running through you. Ordinary World allows you to breathe while letting the album come to an end. It's a fitting end to the album.5 points
