Finally I have found something Green Day related near me! Project Chimp is in Georgia, a totally doable drive. Woohoo!
-
There are still some available directly from Ticketmaster. They've been price gouged though.

Six years ago today (26 April 2018), The Longshot played the Redwood Bar in LA. More photos: 23 years ago (26 April 2001), Green Day performed Waiting and Platypus on the Howard Stern show. On the same day (26 April 2001), Green Day also played Waiting on the David Letterman Show. "It's great that we have a pain management doctor in the audience because every time on the show, the drummer – who is unstable – does something strange and hurts himself. The last time he was here, he leapt off the drum platform and hit the deck. We took him to the hospital. For three days, it knocked the wind out of him." – David Letterman 33 years ago (26 April 1991), Green Day drove 37 hours to play in Sioux Falls, SD. "[Adrienne] showed up in Sioux Falls, and then she just grabbed me. And she said, 'Billie Joe?' And I turned around, and I was just – I had to remember what she looked like, because it just didn't register at first. I remembered her voice from the phone. She looked at her friend and goes, 'he doesn't remember me.' I felt like the biggest tool at that second." – Billie Joe

If you see a picture you want to copy to the fangirls (or any other) thread, you can right-click the picture and select "copy image location" (or it might say "copy image URL" depending on your OS). Then you just paste what you've copied into the other thread. You can also post photos you see on other websites the same way.

How did you know? I was lost 😅. Thanks for the help @Montclare, I don't think that we would have gotten that, lol! Mike looks so fine in that picture. Put that picture in the Fangirls Thread ASAP if it is not already 🥰. Billie looks great as always.

It's because they already announced they're doing this at every show on the entire upcoming tour, the excitement for it happened when we found that out.

Nearer the time there might be someone with a spare ticket in this thread where you can talk about the show

On this day 14 years ago (25 April 2010), the Foxboro Hot Tubs played the Bowery Electric in NYC. This was the one with eight Fuck Times and eight Stop Drop and Rolls. Billie also broke his teeth on a beer bottle right after having dental work done, if I remember correctly. More photos: 19 years ago (25 April 2005), Green Day played the Pepsi Arena in Albany, NY. 22 years ago (25 April 2002), they played in Chula Vista on the Pop Disaster Tour.

I don't know 😄. Oakland Roots reference?
-
Is that a football reference?

I made this years ago. Nothing that special but I found it so I'm posting it. I'm not entirely sure if it's finished or if I intended to do something else with it, but whatever.
-
I'm really hope so

I hadn't noticed that From Billie's Instagram story

I don't know how long ago he did this, but Billie changed his Instagram bio to ROWDIES 22. Just in case someone wanted to know, lol.

Sorry, I haven't read anything in a while. Woops. I am just now reacting to everything now, haha. Thanks for the explanation, I don't think I have ever heard Rev Rad being put so low.

I posted this on Saviors Album Thread few days ago.

I also want a Longshot Vinyl. I don't really collect a lot of vinyls, just mostly special colored ones or anniversary ones. A Longshot one would be cool. Cool name! I have a Maestro by Gibson and it is one of the Maestros that look almost identical to a Les Paul. I found it off of Craigslist for about $80. When we drove to get it the lady thought it was broken, she she gave it to us for $20. She didn't know that it was just the high E string that was caught on one of the frets. She thought it was broken because it made a bad sound. I fixed it in five seconds. So in the end I got a high quality Gibson for only $20. I think there are some cheap Les Pauls on Craigslist. They are still expensive, but it is better than the ones on other websites. You never know what you can find on Craigslist. If you don't mind asking, why such a bad review for Rev Rad? The description explains itself, but I want to know more 😄.

Copypasting that same format 'cause I'm bored out of my damn mind. Skipped Network/Longshot/BJA projects, but included Foxboro. S - 21st Century Breakdown, American Idiot, Dos A - Saviors, Uno, Tre, Nimrod, Dookie B - 1039, Stop Drop and Roll, Insomniac C - Father of All, Kerplunk D - Warning, Shenanigans F - Revolution Radio Short explanation for everything: - Dos! will always be my favorite album from Green Day, so I can't put it anywhere else than in S tier. Musically it's not as ambitious, big and creative as 21st Century Breakdown nor American Idiot, but guitar solos, riffs and Mike's bass work are amazing and I'm a big fan of their take on garage rock. No fillers on Dos! either, with 21st CB/AI there are fillers I skip when I listen album from start to finish (mostly See the Light/Extraordinary Girl). - Saviors is their best album since Trilogy, Uno and Tre are both great but not as great as Dos!, Nimrod is really good and obviously Dookie is a classic. As for why Dookie isn't S tier, I actually don't like few Dookie songs and F.O.D's awful production (too quiet then extra loud sound) sometimes gets on my nerves. - 1039 is what started it all and I adore At the Library to death, Stop Drop and Roll is very fun with Dark Side of Night being the peak of that project and then there is Insomniac, which I've always seen as Dookie but worse. - I enjoy FOA as what it is, although title track is definitely not great. Kerplunk suffers from far too many songs I skip and obviously production isn't that great either, but that works in some songs like No One Knows. - I've always disliked Warning and Shenanigans. Crappy poppy acoustic album and B-sides, definitely not my thing. Misery is however extremely good and belongs on top 20 Green Day songs list. - Fuck Revolution Radio.
