Chili.Ari Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Hi guys! I'm selling some of my Green Day's single because I have to move away from home for university for like 6 months or more The items are these Some of it are in prerfect condition If someone is interested I'm posting all this item on my discogs page with all the prices and information http://www.discogs.com/seller/Chili.Ari PS my sales will last only a week because I'm on holiday and the next week I have to move for university
FreakyMe Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 moving away from home means to sell your singles? why?
Gregorovich Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I'd recommend lowering the prices significantly. You can't justify charging €10 for a single. Other people are selling them at NM for ~£2.
mies Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I think it's too much! I would love to have 3 of tour singels but i don't have a lot money Maybe we can discuss a prize?
Todd Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I already have those singles, and they're not worth that much
Lauren Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 £10 is about the price of most albumsbut they're not full length albums. they're just singles.
Todd Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 but they're not full length albums. they're just singles. Some of them are rarer pressings, I recommend OP goes to greendaydiscography.com and identifies the pressing of each single. That could justify some of his prices. I've bought some singles for that much before. For example, he didn't tell us if JoS has 2 tracks or 3. I'd pay more money for the 3 track. Same with KYE

Same with KYEI was just clarifying that they're not albums, so saying that it's the "price of most albums" wasn't the right thing to say. Not that those are the correct prices or not.
American_edot Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 but they're not full length albums. they're just singles. i meant to say that they are the price of albums and they are only singles so they shouldn't be that much For some reason I Only put the first bit
elisa Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 i bought all the AI singles here in italy for almost 20€ each, except for the WMUWSE one which i got in sweden for less than 4 bucks.
Jude O'Reilly Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 lawl not that I need these but there are extremely overpriced.
BringMoreKnives Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I think the Saints Are Coming single is reasonably priced. That one's fairly rare, if I'm not mistaken.
Chili.Ari Posted April 27, 2013 Author Posted April 27, 2013 Hey guys, I changed the prices! i bought all the AI singles here in italy for almost 20€ each, except for the WMUWSE one which i got in sweden for less than 4 bucks. Me too, in many places in Italy you pay more for a single than for an album, it's a shame! Same with KYE I post these item on discogs.com because they written all the version of albums and singles, however if you click on the link and then on the name's of the single you can know more informations about the release and the tracks
~ Walking Contradiction Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 i bought all the AI singles here in italy for almost 20€ each, except for the WMUWSE one which i got in sweden for less than 4 bucks. 20 euros? I used to buy singles at Media World for like 6 euros
Justin Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 The BOBD and WMUWSE if they are the card sleeve are worth more than the others for sure.
brutal kid Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Who the hell buys singles? I buy only albums, if it's a single I just download it.
Justin Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Who the hell buys singles? I buy only albums, if it's a single I just download it. Collectors.......
J&TheNight Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Who the hell buys singles? I buy only albums, if it's a single I just download it. I have a few just for fun, but I rarely buy them if they don't have any new songs. I have all the B-Sides from them so I can rip in higher quality to my computer than a download. Usually though they just have the single, a radio edit, and maybe a live version. No B-Side? I don't want it.
Jon Benjamin Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I think the Saints Are Coming single is reasonably priced. That one's fairly rare, if I'm not mistaken. I got mine at Half Price Books for a dollar. I also got my Longview single (3 live track version fod, christie road, pasalacqua) for a dollar at Salvation Army.
Todd Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I think the Saints Are Coming single is reasonably priced. That one's fairly rare, if I'm not mistaken. No, you can get it for $3 on amazon. Who the hell buys singles? I buy only albums, if it's a single I just download it. Oh god, you again. Singles often have radio edits and live tracks on them as well, in addition to the cool artwork.

I also got my Longview single (3 live track version fod, christie road, pasalacqua) for a dollar at Salvation Army. I am mistaken then. I just haven't seen it for sale anywhere until now.
elisa Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 20 euros? I used to buy singles at Media World for like 6 euros yep, give or take. i got them all at Ricordi.
frunsi Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 if you still think the records are overpriced, look closer and you'll see the "make offer" option on the right, just below the "add to cart" button
