Yeah...definitely not guessing album cover after looking at some pics of the Madonna Inn. Definitely going with promo pics or music video. What I will also say is that that place looks cool as fuck and I'm super excited to see what they do there.

The same person on reddit that mentioned the show at whisky a go go on 9/10 is also saying new music coming in less than two weeks.

There is a whole lot of smoke for the month of September.

Jakob will be on tour. I’m seeing his band in Pittsburgh on Sept 11.  

And Billie performed at Irving Plaza 2012 the anniversary of his dad’s death so that wouldn’t delay anything.

It was also part of the rehab spiral so that could potentially be a sensitive time all around.

BUT that is in the past and we could totally just be trying to connect any dot possible

I think his dad died around the 15 or 16, it was the same day as the Irving Plaza show.  

He never avoids performing in September, though that still turns out to be a month where a lot of shit happens.  His dad’s death, his own meltdown and rehab, In Sept 2016 they cancelled shows because he had the flu and in September 2017 his dog Rocky passed.  There have been many other instances like this over many years, some public some private, it’s weird. September was also the month they played their last Green Day gig at Gilman Street in 1993 and were 86’ed.  Yet he can’t be that superstitious about it because they never avoid September shows or releases. I guess they really can’t.
