  1. I love that they played Still Breathing, I had always hoped they would bring it back but expected they wouldn't. 😭 After Billie was mocking the song in an interview I thought they'd never play it live again, but I love that they changed their mind and I hope it'll stay in the set for us in Europe next year. Maybe I'm the minority here, but I love that song and I LOVE it live even though Billie sometimes has trouble with it. There couldn't be a better post-pandemic song (even though I still think we're not done with the shit yet, so let's see, sigh). Shocked though that King For a Day seems to be gone. I think I'm the minority here too, but that was always a highlight for me.

  2. Totally agree. Letterbomb is one of their best live songs and one of my all-time-favorites too!

  4. Stayed at #30 in Mainstream Airplay; went up one spot to #30 in Rock and Alternative Airplay, and re-entered the Alternative Airplay chart at #40. Hoping since they're playing it on tour that it will help with the stats.

  5. I love Still Breathiing too. As for King For A Day, I enjoy when I saw it, but if they can play more songs by dropping it, I'm ok. I'm maybe in the minority, but I consider an highlight Letterbomb with Billie speech Something along the lines that it's a "making feel good song" while rock should make you feel bad

  7. Can't believe no one is as ecstatic as I am that SHE is on the setlist. Make some noise for this god-tier song!!!!!!!!

  8. Don't forget some shows in 2022 Green Day is playing alone and/or with Weezer only. (no FOB and no Interrupters) So the setlist will probably be different and longer.

  9. For this tour it’s weird the Trilogy vibes like the x’s on the Billie I love you video on the big screen and the really big cool Trilogy collage pic in the VIP but no Trilogy songs. Kinda sucks the songs aren’t played but feels good the era/record/songs aren’t forgotten and there like a secret fan nod to those records on this tour. I’m so happy about that.

  11. This setlist is what I was expecting and I'm actually happy with it. Im happy that Still Breathing is still getting a play and it seems full band versions of 21 Guns & September Ends is getting played again! I just think with it being a tour with 3 bands with Green Day topping the bill. If I was just a Fall Out Boy or Weezer fan I'd love that set and Green Day fans would enjoy it too especially when you are there! The atmosphere will be awesome with everyone singing along and just having a good time. How I see it is like me looking at weezers or fall out boys setlist. I am like yes we get to hear Saturday, Thanks for the Memories and with Weezer, Buddy Holly and Island in the Sun. I'd imagine this will be kinda the same with what Fall Out Boy and weezer fans will be saying about Green Day's set. I personally as well actually love every Green Day song on the setlist. I'd be dissapointed if one of those songs weren't on the set and not replaced by something else on a stand alone Green Day show or if I was a causal fan. The only change I would do is swap kiss for like Letterbomb, Nice Guys, Geek Stink Breath, Burnout, Waiting or something but I wasn't expecting deep cuts. I get why they covered it though if they are happy to and it gets a good response. I honestly can't wait to see them again next summer. Yes I'd love if they played rare songs but I'd still be happy with what they are currently playing and I bet the casual fan is happy as well. I think their solo shows will have more deep cuts like Pasalaqua, 86 Paper Lanterns and so on. They might even throw a Father of All song in there as the audience is mainly there for Green Day you never know. Sorry for rambling on haha!

  12. But there is a version with Billie and Billie almost side by side, two Billie’s looking like that I have it as my Lock Screen but am not sure it’s a good idea. 😁

  17. haha I just got one of those typo shirts. "Green Bay" "Fell Out Boy" "Wheezer" "Hello Mega"... got the same "hello megan tour" note that's in the picture above too. fun stuff.

  18. It could just be that these the most popular songs. However, I believe the setlists are based off of what songs are popular on streaming services right now. It could also be the concert making the songs popular at this moment, but the Top 10 Green Day songs on Spotify...yeah, every single one of those was played.

  20. I thought they'd added the Manic Street Preachers to the Scandinavian shows? I'd love to hear Castaway and Uptight. Don't think it will happen though sadly Just checked back in the Stockholm thread and Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes are also supporting Weezer and GD

  21. today it was reported that last week a report singled out the Las Vegas metro area as the worst in the nation for transmission of the virus among metro areas with more than 1 million people. This week’s report lists Las Vegas as No. 4, only behind three Florida cities, including Jacksonville, Orlando, and Miami. Those going to the shows in Florida be careful.

  22. Seriously high risk there. Now seen a version with three Billie’s - too much to cope with!

  23. As long as you can handle looking at two Billies at the same time and don't get so overwhelmed by the double hotness that you immediately pass out it's all good

  28. You know what, I agree. But then, as a long-term fan, what I'd really want them to do is go on a small club tour later on. And not just in the US and Canada, but Europe too. That way fans would get the best of both worlds. All the hits in the arena and all the deep-cuts in a smaller venue. It's more fun for the band too, because as has been pointed out, playing songs that only 10% or less of the audience know (in a big venue) probably isn't that much fun either. Not to mention Billie thrives in a small venue setting. We all saw it in 2016 and then again in 2018 during the Love is for losers tour. Surely that must be worth something too?

  32. Of course the price you put is really your choice 🙂. For my pit tickets, I priced it just so I can get back exactly what I paid when I bought them initially. So unfortunately it means the buyer is covering for the fees I am charged. It still ended being much considerably cheaper than the rest of the pit tickets being offered for my show since they were all resale or platinum.. honestly I don’t feel like I am scalping, since I’m not getting anything from it. I tried getting a refund but was told it was past the limit. i would suggest you look at prices of tickets that are close to your seat(s), it gives you an idea how how easy yours will sell with the price you want. Good luck!

  33. Green Day must be saving all the Trilogy and FOAM songs for when I finally make it to a show. And an encore that involves The Saints Are Coming played 15 times in the row. FINGERS CROSSED!

  34. Why is it every tweet you paste on here has a "thread" of non-relevant stuff? Can you make sure your are only copying that tweet and not a thread? It's annoying to scroll through. Yes. RevRad's arena shows had a GA section and floor seats sections.

  35. I'm not sure if those opening acts are on the bill for the Scandinavian shows still, since the dates have been changed. Manic street preachers aren't listed under the Norwegian show anymore. We'll find out sooner or later. I'm glad that I at least will be going to some shows were it's "only" Weezer and one opening act.

  38. The openings to many of the songs on Insomniac are so good! Very punchy and iconic. I get excited every time I hear those first few notes of songs like Stuart and the Ave, Westbound Sign, and Bab's Uvula Who?.

  39. FYI anyone coming to the San Francisco concert, if you plan on going into any bars in San Francisco, you have to be fully vaccinated and show your ID and vaccine card. New rules in effect as of today 7/26. Not vaccinated or negative covid test, no entry. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/san-francisco-bars-to-require-vaccine-proof-negative-covid-19-tests-to-drink-inside/ar-AAMAD01?
